    everything was perfect, hotel offers outstanding service and stunning location. the staff was reasonably good, rooms were exceptionally comfortable and new-fashioned. a michelin-starred restaurant was great. the experience was very relaxing, would not hesitate to return there.

    I enjoyed the hotel, it's incredibly beautiful and fabulous and the location is amazing in the middle of the city. Location: the property was right by west coast, restaurant and bar and Spain. I ate in the Michelin star rated restaurant nearby.

    A beautiful hotel tucked away in nature, the gardens and pool area are fine. Staff are generally friendly, and the cleanliness of the rooms is commendable. The high prices leave much to be desired, especially the charges for water at the pool. The room we had could definitely use some maintenance.

    The location of Castell Son Claret is fantastic, nestled in beautiful gardens surrounded by mountains. The hotel looks fine and feels like a castle retreat. The breakfast was great with a variety of delicious options, including a fantastic almond croissant. I had a few issues. The air conditioning in my room didn't work well initially, uncomfortable during hotter days. I also found the process for ordering a hot breakfast a bit slow and complicated at times.
